Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. For large equipment like vibration plates, we offer threshold and white-glove delivery options which may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for Power Plate products?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply for larger equipment.
Does my equipment come with a warranty?
Yes, all Power Plate machines come with a limited manufacturer's warranty. Typically, this includes 2 years on parts, 1 year on labor, and 5 years on the motor/frame. Specific terms vary by model.

How do I track my order?
